My design exploration within TouchDesigner aims to explore human interaction with the digital world. Drawing inspiration from Ouchhh Studio, particularly their creation of a futuristic, AI-dominated world obsessed with data, I seek to provoke feelings and create an experience of entering a new dimensional space. The color themes and generated content are inspired by Ouchhh’s particle interactions. I am creating alien creatures and mythical outer space environments.
All objects evoke a sense of familiarity while maintaining an unrealistic look and feel.
The exhibition space includes two parts, installed in separate rooms:

- Follow the Light: snowing in desert land and projection of Ouchhh’s films
The New Landscape:
The first room showcases animations depicting a new outer space planet. The audience arrives in a deserted environment with projections of various alien objects and short animations. The setup includes large rocks, deserted plants covered with snow and sand, recreating the feeling of landing on a different, very cold planet. LED screens display animations of alien creatures, and their bases are made of colored acrylic boxes with frosted neon light boxes, creating the illusion of floating animation plinths.
Follow the Light:
The second room invites viewers to sit on strange stone plinths, activating films by Ouchhh Studio. Following the attractions of the desert snow (alien particles), the audience is drawn to approach octahedron stones placed in the middle of the desert. When they arrive and sit down, they activate a film projection displaying works by Ouchhh Studio about NASA’s data. This room creates a snowing effect (with purple and blue snowflakes) over the octahedron stools, the signature symbol of this alien planet. As viewers come closer to these stones, the snowing effect slowly disappears, transitioning to reveal the main films by Ouchhh Studio.
